Introduction to SquiCor

SquiCor LLC is an early stage drug discovery company located in Southbridge Massachusetts that is focused on the diagnosis, prevention, treatment and ultimate cure of cancer.

SquiCor LLC® has world-wide patents pending on a novel class of small molecules that target both precancerous (aged) and cancerous cells.  The first product completing pre-clinical development is a peptide that specifically targets lung, breast, prostate, and colon carcinoma. Lung, colon, breast and prostate cancers are the leading cancer killers in both men and women. According to the American Cancer Society, an estimated 770,460 new cases of these cancers occur each year in the United States alone, and an estimated 286,000 mortalities occur in the United States each year.  The scientists at SquiCor have developed a drug that specifically targets cancerous tumor cells and has little to no effect on normal cells and tissues.
